We have developed a new range of products and so we also manufacture conductive tapes and felts for electro technical industries. These conductive tapes and felts are used on the right part of the slots or sections and these conductive tapes or felts are meant to fill the surface and thus bring it to the rotor’s electrical level in order to avoid spray of sparks.
Who we are
E. Bourgeois is a family company created in 1922 by Mr Emile Bourgeois and is specialised in the manufacturing of technical textiles. The company has remained true to its very first activities which are the weaving and the braiding and has kept on developing new activities such as the knitting, the impregnation and the coating of technical items such as adhesive ir non adhesive tapes, straps, coated and extruded sleeves, braids, laces, tubulars, cords, halyards,strings, ropes, thermal seals, copper knitting tubular braids which are meant to various applications of technical textiles.
The quality has always been a very important criterion in the development of our products. We were in the first ones to be ISO-certified because our certification dates from1991 under N ° 193. Thanks to our permanent search for improvements, we were able to widen our range of products in the respect for the security and for the environment. We have been developing for several years our exports to be able to follow our customers and we have representatives in a large number of countries.
